Growth in little more than a year exceeds expectations
LONDON, UK—Tamar Beck, CEO of attendee acquisition software company Gleanin, announced that as of today her firm has reached two major milestones in U.S. shows and integrations. It has signed contracts with 70 U.S. trade shows and finalized its seventh integration with a U.S.-based registration company. The milestones demonstrate faster than anticipated growth.
This list of U.S. shows with which Gleanin has contracted includes five shows in TSNN’s Top 250 List for 2019: NAB Show (#10), International Home + Housewares Show (#16), National Restaurant Association Show (#18), InfoComm (#29) and Global Gaming Expo (#61). UBM, Clarion UX and Emerald Expositions are among the independent show organizers also on Gleanin’s U.S. client list.
The Gleanin Connect platform is integrated with seven of the major registration providers in the U.S., including Experient, Convention Data Services (CDS), Showcare, Cvent, Compusystems (CSI), Aventri and ITN, an Aventri company. Gleanin Connect is also integrated with CONEXSYS of Canada and ACOB of Mexico. Integrations are an important metric as they pave the way for Gleanin Connect to facilitate registrants sharing their participation in the show with colleagues from the point of registration and throughout the time period leading up to the start of the exhibition. This functionality helps organizers reach audiences previously unknown to them, which, on average, results in a 16% increase in referrals and a 4.5% increase in additional registrants.
“We are very pleased that the interest in Gleanin Connect among U.S. exhibition organizers has been high from the beginning. The rate of new client growth has been much faster than we anticipated and as we move into our second year in this market, it has even begun to accelerate as word of mouth and our sales and marketing investments pay off,” Beck commented.
Gleanin officially entered the North America market in January, 2018. The company was established in 2011 in London and currently manages a global portfolio of more than 700 events.
