We oppose slavery and human trafficking in all its forms.
We are a software company that operates in a low risk knowledge based industry. We don’t require any low skilled manual labour nor do we manufacture anything.
We have analysed and audited our cost base in respect of the Modern Slavery Act of 2015.
The following areas account for over 90% of our cost base:
1. Staff: Our workforce makes up 75% of our costs. Our employees are based in the UK and hired on full time contracts. We abide by all aspects of UK employment law.
2. Suppliers: We audit our suppliers and would not continue to work with any that fall short of the law and our expectations.
The remainder of our cost base are general operating expenses and we don’t deem them to raise anything of concern.
We review this statement annually.
